Fiona Spence (born c.1946) [2] [3] is an English-born retired stage and television actress and drama teacher.She is known for her television roles in Australia including Prisoner (1979–81) as prison officer Vera "Vinegar Tits" Bennett and Home and Away as the unlucky-in-love spinster Celia Stewart (1988–90).
Celia Stewart is a fictional character from the Australian soap opera Home and Away played by Fiona Spence. She made her first screen appearance during the episode broadcast on 26 January 1988. The character is portrayed as a gossiping busybody and spinster who occupies her time with the Presbyterian church.
