As of 23 June 2018 part of Paradise Pier at Disney California Adventure will be rebranded as Paradise Park with the remainder becoming Pixar Pier.Once that has happened (and not before), the Paradise Pier article will need to go through the WP:Requested moves procedure to settle on a new name.
