She gets in a car with a man who looks very much like Steed, and drives off, while Tara comes up to Steed's flat, revealing she is his new partner.
Steed approaches the gate house and is struck unconscious by a falling barrier. The scene then returns to the crashed car and Steed emerging from it as if the crash had just happened.
