Jonathan Aryan Jafari (/ ˈ ɛər i ən /) (born March 24, 1990), better known online as JonTron, is an American YouTuber and comedian. He created the eponymous YouTube web series JonTron , where he reviews and parodies video games, films and other media.
A member of the Open Hand Foundation charity, he organized the annual event IndieLand, a livestream centered around showcasing indie games intended to raise money for dementia research. He later left the charity and resigned from his role as a board member due to the controversy surrounding allegations of charity fraud .
