Thai Binh Lau is a two-story wooden building located in the middle of a rectangle 32m wide and 58m long. The project was ordered by Emperor Khai Dinh to be built in 1919, and completed in 1921, so that the emperor could relax, reading, sightseeing and write poetry. Thai Binh Lau was restored in 1990-1991.
