Note: Although she does not appear on camera, Carol Burnett, as Eunice, can be heard singing "Happy Birthday" to Thelma over the phone. This was Burnett's final appearance in the series, although the character of Eunice would be voiced by Phyllis Franklin in the Season Four episode "Pomp and Circumstance."
