[ 2 ] It had a much wider supply voltage range than any contemporary logic family (3V to 18V recommended range for "B" series).

The standard 4000 series CMOS IC is the 4071, which includes four independent two-input OR gates. The TTL device is the 7432. The TTL device is the 7432.
