El Segundo (/ ˌ ɛ l s ə ˈ ɡ ʌ n d oʊ / EL sə-GUN-doh, Spanish: [el seˈɣundo]; Spanish for 'The Second') [7] is a city in Los Angeles County, California, United States.Located on Santa Monica Bay, it was incorporated on January 18, 1917, and is part of the South Bay Cities Council of Governments.
Magic Johnson Park is a 104-acre (420,000 m 2) recreation area operated by Los Angeles County Parks and Recreation in the Willowbrook neighborhood. It is named after Los Angeles Lakers star and activist Earvin "Magic" Johnson.
The family expanded their operations by opening David Schat's Bakery Cafe and Aaron Schat's Roadhouse in October 2011 in El Segundo and August 2014 in Bishop, respectively.
