This project serves the purpose of walk to work to most of the IT/ITeS professional working in Sipcot IT PARK. It is located in Siruseri, Chengalpattu district. It's situated off the Old Mahabalipuram Road and right beside the SIPCOT IT Park. One of the key highlight is Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan Senior Secondary School (PSBB).
The region is spread as a rectangular landmass with traversing roads running through the region. The locality has a number of apartments inhabited by the people living in this part of the city. It also has one of the prominent schools in Chennai, PSBB, the residents of K.K. Nagar mostly consists of the alumni and the current students.
