Fulton Public Library is a historic library building located at Fulton in Oswego County, New York.It is a masonry structure built in 1905–1906 in the Beaux-Arts style. The building is built on a steeply sloped lot and is two stories at street level and four stories behind.

There is also a Town of Fulton in Schoharie County, and a Fulton County in New York. Fulton is a city in the western part of Oswego County, New York, United States. The population was 11,389 as of the 2020 census. The city is named after Robert Fulton, the inventor of the steamboat. [2]

Panther Creek flows eastward through the southern part of Fulton to Schoharie Creek. New York State Route 30 is a north–south highway in Fulton.
