Kiel is a city in Calumet and Manitowoc counties in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The population was 3,932 at the 2020 census . Of this, 3,585 residents lived in Manitowoc County, [ 6 ] and 347 residents lived in Calumet County. [ 7 ]
