The anime starts with Wendy having a dream about Peter Pan rescuing her and having a sword fight with Captain Hook. Wendy and her two brothers, later on in the episode, go to Never Neverland and Wendy becomes the 'mother' of the Lost boys. Throughout the series, a romance blooms between Peter and Wendy, as they go on fights with pirates.
Captain Hook and his crew found a crocodile crown and when Captain Hook wears it, Tic Toc Croc and his friends respect him as their king. Problem is, the crocodiles only respect Hook when the crown is on his head and doesn't if it comes off so Captain Jake, Smee, Sharky, and Bones must rescue Captain Hook who's unaware of the danger he's in.

Tink and the Lost Boys figure out that the clock inside the Crocodile has stopped ticking and that fixing it will put time back to normal. But first they have to get the clock from the cranky Croc; that's not easy now that the animal is free to stalk its prey undetected. Captain Hook, the beast's favorite victim, learns this the hard way.
