Waylon Albright "Shooter" Jennings (born May 19, 1979) is an American musician and record producer. He is the son of country singers Waylon Jennings and Jessi Colter.In a career spanning three decades, Jennings has explored a variety of musical genres.

He grew up listening to Black Label Society, Five Finger Death Punch, Waylon Jennings Tiny Tim, Jessco White, and his father Jason's rock band Stitch Rivet, a regional rock band fronted by Booth's uncle Gene, twin brother of father Jason, who also managed the band.
