The Guelph Gryphons men's ice hockey team is an active ice hockey program representing the Guelph Gryphons athletic department of the University of Guelph.The team has been active since the formation of the college in 1964 and is currently a member of the Ontario University Athletics conference under the authority of U Sports.
The team was originally known as the Ontario Agricultural College hockey team. The Gryphon Centre contains two ice rinks named "Gold Rink" and "Red Rink". It opened in 1989 and is used by the varsity hockey teams and various intramural programs. The Gold Rink is an Olympic-sized skating rink that seats 1400 spectators, while the Red Rink is used for recreational skating and intramurals.

April 9: The Guelph Gryphon women's ice hockey team confirmed the addition of Mississauga native Jenna Lanzarotta. The forward participated with the Mississauga Jr. Chiefs in 2008-09. She amassed 21 points (9 goals, 12 assists) in 33 games played while helping her team to a 2008-09 provincial gold medal.
