I can buy the whole book with the entire UP in it but would rather have just the one lake.

Anywhere from 4-10 feet of water depending how close to shore you are. Mostly bluegill or perch, not particularly big but good numbers if he’s just after action. Worms under a bobber or a small hook and split shot retrieved slowly along the bottom. Pike, bass, and walleye might be a bonus in that area .

Nothing to catch 50 fish a day and most of them are nice fish. The walleye fishing is much more spotty but still good.

Help!!!!! | Michigan Sportsman Forum. Fletchers Floodwaters!!! Help!!!!! This is my first post here. I always like to read what everybody has to say, good or bad. Well heres the deal. My wife gave me the go ahead for the kids , her and I to get up early Saturday morning for a road trip over to Fletchers for a day of bass and northerns.

1 post · Joined 2010. #3 · Aug 11, 2010. 6 mile is an awesome lake to fish. Excellent muskie lake for the experienced. Nothern Pike trolling the dropoffs, Johnson silver spoons work well. Gold on overcast days. A beginning walleye lake. Perch, bluegill, sunfish and crappie. Large and small mouth bass are best in the evening before sunset.
