Ronald Aldon Hicks (born August 4, 1967) is an American Catholic prelate who has served as Bishop of Joliet in Illinois since 2020. He previously served as an auxiliary bishop for the Archdiocese of Chicago from 2018 to 2020.
On June 1, 2002, Spies was ordained to the priesthood, by Most Rev. Joseph L. Imesch, Bishop of the Diocese of Joliet at the Cathedral of Saint Raymond Nonnatus in Joliet, Illinois. He first served as associate pastor at St. Walter's Parish in Roselle from 2002 to 2005.
