I'm Brian, an Independent Advisor. Outlook.com remains free for anyone. You can have an address ending in @outlook.com or @hotmail.com. There are some limitations (15 GB mailbox, for example), but otherwise, no issues. Zoho is unrelated to Outlook.com, though, so I don't understand how that ties in for you.

Starting this morning Outlook on Windows 10 is constantly popping up a window asking for the login credentials for our outlook.office365.com email account.
