I have the 40" wide BB unit with the plastic badge. Where can I get these. I was looking on the sears website and couldn't find one with the pop in tabs.
Craftsman is bulky and the quality is nowhere near Mac or Snap-on. Mac is less bulky compared to Craftsman but not ergonomic like Snap-on. Snap-on has their rep cause the quality and effort put into their tools. This is primarily on sockets and wrenches. Snap-on air tools tend to suck. In particular their 1/2 impact wrenches.
Very unlike Grandpa's Craftsman. Tools imported from Taiwan (made by a Stanley-owned subsidiary), the old no-questions asked policy out the window and tools that will break rather quickly (or worse -- round off everything you use them on :mad3: ). Just move up to the good stuff. You won't be sorry. Oh -- I got to be an expert at "breaking" tools.
Craftsman compressor died, need help form electric motor guys. I turned on my loud but usually trusty craftsman oilless 6 hp compressor this morning to fill my tank from apx 60 psi to 120psi. It ran for a little while then the motor started cutting out and blew the breaker. Now when I turn it on it will run for about 5 second then the breaker ...
I found this older Craftsman unit for $245. Is it worth picking up at this price? The 380 rpm low is much better than my Deltas 600-ish low speed. "15 1/2" CRAFTSMAN DRILL PRESS. MODEL # 113.21371-BUILT IN 1975. COMPLETELY RESTORED...VERY QUIET. 8 SPEEDS-380,480,720,1325,2300,4250,6400,8550. NEW GOODYEAR DRIVE BELT.
I got the 5 drawer before they were excluded on the 20% and they were on sale. $99 each. I paid nearly that for the 4 drawer units! That left me with the 4 drawers units and what to do with them. I think I was looking at an issue of ShopNotes when I realized I could use them for free standing tool roll-around.

It's probably more a matter of preference really. A 7K trailer would do the job, the 10K would do it a little better if ya got a decent pulling 3/4 ton+. 95YJ on 36's, Spooled 8.8 rear, non-disco d-30 front with lockright, 4.88 gears, Warn winch, homemade buggies, etc.
Shinn Fu has it listed on their website as a Pro-Lift F-2533. Looking on Lazzar's Floor Jack & Hydraulic Cylinder Repair Part Supplier : Sells Seal Kits for Floor Jacks : hcrcnow.com I'm not finding a seal kit for the WF-521 model number, and searching under the model number F-2533, it shows a seal kit as a discontinued item and not available.

Snap-On does not have to grant a warranty claim for anything that you did not buy directly from Snap-On. in this case, it will be completely dependent upon the relationship you have with your Snap_on man. Also, be aware that the only thing from Snap_on with the unconditional guarantee is hand ...
