I've been running a split for a 1 month now but I found out it was very poorly balanced and I made it my self which is probably why it's unbalanced. Just wondering if someone could post or link a balanced 5 day split. You probably should be following one of the novice full body routines found in the stickies here.

It might be hard the first time, but once your body gets used to switching over to fat burning mode, subsequent fasts are a lot easier. Juice fasting won't give you increases in hgh, auto****y, stem cells, and immunity, as far as I know. Ive done those fast many times. time to try a juice one.

On topic: There's nothing magical about bro splits. Your life wont end if you decide to do one - but pretty much all research points to frequencies of 2-4 to be superior compared to 1.
