Marquis Hoài Văn, better known as Trần Quốc Toản (chữ Hán: 陳 國 瓚), born 1267 (fl. 1267–1285), was a marquis of the Trần dynasty who was well known for his active role in the second war of resistance of Đại Việt against the Mongol invasion.

The Trần dynasty, [a] (Vietnamese: Nhà Trần, chữ Nôm: 茹陳), officially Đại Việt ( Chữ Hán: 大越), was a Vietnamese dynasty that ruled from 1225 to 1400. The dynasty was founded when emperor Trần Thái Tông ascended to the throne after his uncle Trần Thủ Độ orchestrated the overthrow of the Lý dynasty .
