Annin Flagmakers is an American corporation based in Roseland, New Jersey.The flagmaker was founded by Alexander Annin in 1847 and incorporated on January 10, 1910. Annin Flagmakers produces American flags, state flags and national flags of all United Nations members.
Louis Annin Ames (January 20, 1866 – November 28, 1952) was an American flagmaker. [1] [2] From 1896 to 1952, he served as chief executive officer of Annin & Co. [3] In 1915, he designed the flag of the City of New York. [4] He was a member of the Ames family and served as the President General of the Sons of the American Revolution.
