From my understanding, somebody wanted No Regrets as a tattoo. It was accidentally spelt wrong which would be a big regret. That's it, unless I'm missing something. I mean some folk might get it spelt that way since as some kind of joke, I actually don't know.

The idea behind "no regrets" doesn't mean everything has gone perfectly and so there's nothing to regret... It means "mistakes were made, but fuck it. Yolo", which is more accurately enshrined in a misspelled tattoo.
It's a tricky one because there are three versions of No Regrets - the visual novel which came first, then the manga, then the anime - and they're all different. Isayama clearly holds some of it canon, because it's in the manga, and u/prati616 has already linked those pictures here.
