Union High School is a public high school in Union, Missouri that is part of the Union R-XI School District, which is MSIP-accredited and in 2001-02 and in 2009-10 was awarded Distinction in Performance by the Missouri Department of Education. [3]
Union is located on the junction of US Route 50 and Route 47. I-44 runs east and south of Union. A proposal for an expressway to bypass the junction of US 50 and Route 47 was cancelled due to complications. [21] There is another proposal to make US 50 from Union to I-44 four lanes and eventually through the rest of Franklin County. [22]

The Francis Howell R-III School District, [1] also known as the Francis Howell School District (FHSD), is a school district in Missouri, headquartered in O'Fallon in the St. Louis metropolitan area. [2] The district includes sections of St. Charles County, including all of New Melle, Weldon Spring, and Weldon Spring Heights.

The first phase of the school, the Union Seventh Grade Center, was completed in 1993. The Sixth Grade Center was finished the following year. The school serves both sixth and seventh graders.

Washington Middle School, located in Concord, opened in 1951. It is the oldest middle school in the district and shares a campus with Trautwein Elementary. 458 students are currently enrolled, originating from 2 elementary schools, making Washington the smallest of the four middle schools in terms of student population.
