Alfaisal University is a private university in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, located in the compound enclosing the vicinity of the al-Ma'dhar Palace. Established in 2002, the institute offers courses in various subjects up to post graduation and is named after King Faisal bin Abdulalziz .

Maha bint Mishari Al Saud (Arabic: مها بنت مشاري بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود) is an academic at Alfaisal University's College of Medicine and a physician at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre. [1] She is a member of the Saudi royal family, one of the grandchildren of Saudi's founder King Abdulaziz.
In 2002, the Alfaisal University was established by the King Faisal Foundation surrounding the palace compound. In 2017, an exhibition was held in the palace compound by Prince Khalid al-Faisal. [12] In 2019, French luxury goods conglomerate Cartier International SNC organized an event to showcase its products. [13]
