My Scene Goes Hollywood: The Movie is a 2005 American animated romantic comedy film based on Mattel's line of My Scene dolls. It features Barbie and American singer and actress Lindsay Lohan, who plays herself. It is the third feature with the My Scene characters, and the only one that was full-length. The film was directed by Eric Fogel.
Barbie tells the story to her little sister, Kelly, who is reluctant to go to a Christmas Eve charity ball instead of spending the holiday at home with their family.. Eden Starling is a glamorous, star soprano and owner of the Gads Hill Theatre in Victorian London, as well as an arrogant, self-centered diva with a deep hatred for Christmas.
My Scene Goes Hollywood: The Movie, was the first and only film to be sold apart from the dolls and the only full-length film. Eric Fogel reprised his role as director. It was released to DVD on August 30, 2005 by Buena Vista Home Entertainment under the Miramax Family label, and later premiered on Nickelodeon on October 23, 2005.

The first pre-release revelation of the film was released on 10 October 2022 through Screen Rant [10] and The Hollywood Reporter, with the latter on the back of Mattel announcing a signature of a long-term contract extension with Netflix for more Barbie-branded productions.
Rafa and Emmie discover that Mr. Miller is behind the hullabaloo, leading the latter to confront her father, with Rafa forwarding his recorded class video to "Brooklyn" Barbie, who in turn shows it to Dean Morrison. "Malibu" Barbie goes back home to California devastated about the thought of "Brooklyn" Barbie sabotaging her.
The film was first given a 24-hour limited theatrical release by Fathom Events on 30 July [2] [3] [4] before its debut both on home video by Universal Pictures Home Entertainment on 29 August and on American television via Nickelodeon on 2 October. Liebenson of The Video Librarian wrote, "Barbie in the 12 Dancing Princesses serves up plenty of magic to enchant young, starry-eyed Barbie fans and aspiring dancers", and "the CGI animation sparkles, with each character boasting an otherworldly porcelain sheen."
