Ewood Aqueduct is a high embankment carrying the Leeds and Liverpool Canal over the River Darwen and the B6447 road near Blackburn, Lancashire, England. Built of sandstone in the early 19th century, it is a Grade II listed building .

Guide is a village on the edge of Blackburn, in Lancashire, England. [1] It is located south of the town centre, and the M65 Motorway passes around the south and east of the village, with Junction 5 situated immediately to the southwest of the village.
The tunnel was built on the Blackburn, Darwen and Bolton Railway line. The northern portal is built in gritstone and is in medieval style. Belmont is a village and former civil parish, now in the parish of North Turton, in the unitary authority area of Blackburn with Darwen, in the ceremonial county of Lancashire, England. It is close to Darwen and has around 500 inhabitants.
