Leeds Tykes (formerly Leeds RUFC, Leeds Carnegie and Yorkshire Carnegie) is an English rugby union club in Leeds, West Yorkshire, England, playing in the National League 2 North. The club was founded as Headingley FC, but renamed in 1991 when it joined with Roundhay RUFC to form Leeds RUFC.
Richard Michael Cardus (born 23 May 1956) is an English former rugby union international. [1] A native of Leeds, Cardus was a centre and played for his local side Roundhay, from where he received his England call up. He was capped twice in the 1979 Five Nations, against France at Twickenham and Wales at Cardiff. [2]

Leeds Rugby Limited is the 'Worlds First Dual Rugby Partnership', between the main Rugby league and Rugby Union sides in the city of Leeds, these being the Leeds Rhinos (Rugby League) and Leeds Tykes (Rugby Union). Both teams played at the Headingley Carnegie Stadium until Leeds Tykes moved out after the 2020–21 season.
Kevin Sinfield CBE (born 12 September 1980) is an English rugby union coach, currently the skills and kicking coach for the England national team. He is a former professional rugby league player for Leeds Rhinos, England and Great Britain. His usual position was loose forward, although he played stand-off and hooker on occasion.
