U.S. Route 441 Business (US 441 Business) was a 7.1-mile-long (11.4 km) former segment that ran from Tangerine to Tavares, Florida, and served Mount Dora, Florida. The route was secretly SR 500A, but was downgraded to a county road. Today it is signed as County Road 500A (in Orange County) and County Road Old 441 (in Lake County).
