Babylon Zoo were an English rock band formed in 1992 in Wolverhampton. Their song " Spaceman " gained considerable exposure through its use in a Levi's jeans television advert in the United Kingdom in late 1995.
The Boy with the X-Ray Eyes peaked at number 6 in the UK Albums Chart on 17 February 1996, [2] and lasted a total of six weeks in the top 100 (three in the top 40). [3] Other than the chart-topping "Spaceman", singles released from the album were "Animal Army", which reached number 17 in the UK Singles Chart, and the title track, which peaked at number 32.
