I am continuously running into a problem where my email signature does not save. I will enter it in and the next emails I send will contain that signature. However, once I close the tab or sign out that signature is no longer saved to my account. When I log in next I do not have a signature if I attempt to send an email.
If it's the issue, after you paste the content into signature, please right click the content, and selcet Paste rather than Paste as plain text. . This should keep the formatting of the signature when pasting it into the new signature block. If this does not work, it might be the new Outlook product issue/bug.
