The 2024 Land Rover Defender V8 is the final vehicle to use the AJ133S engine. For the 2025.5 model year, it was joined in Defender by BMW’s 4.4L N63 twin-turbo V8 in the Octa derivative, (NC11 had already been introduced in the 2022 Range Rover and 2023 Range Rover Sport).
