Bubba the Love Sponge Clem [1] (born Todd Alan Clem, April 23, 1966) is an American radio personality who hosts The Bubba the Love Sponge Show on the radio station WWBA in Tampa, Florida, and the subscription service Bubba Army Radio. [2] He can also be heard on Florida Man Radio.
Bubba (actual legal name Bubba The Love Sponge Clem, born Todd Clem) had previously been "exiled" from radio after a great deal of controversy over his terrestrial radio show, based in Tampa, Florida. Stern brought Bubba's show aboard and in so doing relaunched Bubba's career and show. Bubba credits Stern for reviving his career.
Weekday mornings and for an hour in the afternoon, it runs the syndicated and Florida-based "Bubba The Love Sponge Show." WWBA is one of two 50,000-watt stations in the Tampa Bay area, along with WJBR (1010 AM). By day, WWBA is powered at 50,000 watts, the maximum for commercial AM stations.

Hart wrestled on April 18, 1999, to defeat Bubba the Love Sponge by disqualification at a house show. On November 15, he wrestled WCW Monday Nitro losing to Norman Smiley in a Hardcore match.
