All but the northernmost 6.5 miles (10.5 km) (in and near Royal Palm Beach ) is instead (or additionally) signed as US 441 , and has been since 1950.

County Road 516 (former SR 516 [3]), locally known as Palm Bay Road, is a former state highway in Brevard County, located entirely in Palm Bay.
