    I was also on an oestrogen patch, albeit a low dose 25, and also had blood in the urine (with no UTI) and problems with urogenital dryness despite the patch. I now use a vaginal oestrogen cream and it is doing wonders.The blood has now gone.Lots of hystersisters are very pleased with Vagifem, but you will need the doctor's prescription. Good luck.
