Effective first semester of school year 2007–2008, NDKC Graduate School entered into an extension agreement with Notre Dame of Dadiangas University (NDDU). Graduate Programs include Master in Public Administration (MPA), Master in Business Administration (MBA), Master of Arts in Nursing (M.A.N.) and Master of Arts in Education (MA.Ed).

It was previously known as the Assam Joint Admission Test (Assam-JAT) until the year 2012 and comprised both engineering and medical entrance examinations. Since then, the medical section of JAT was known as Assam Medical Entrance Examination (Assam-MEE). It is a highly competitive test having selection ratio of approximately around 4.48%.

Xclepia is the annual fest of F. A. A. Medical College. It is held every year towards the end of first week of February and ends on 11 Feb which commemorates the Foundation Day of the college. Various sports, literary, cultural activities etc. are undertaken during the fest week by the students, staff and teachers of the college.
