HTV2, a television channel, was launched on October 10, 2003, as an experimental broadcast on channel 30 UHF. It was accompanied by channels HTV1 and HTV3, and initially aired for nine hours a day. However, starting from November 1, 2003, HTV2 officially extended its broadcast hours to run from 6 am to 24 hours daily.
On September 19, 2018, HTV2 changed into a new name - Vie Channel. HTV3 - Movie and Entertainment 1 October 2003 The channel was managed by TVM Corporation from June 2008 to August 2010 and again from June 2014. At first it was a kids-only channel; in 2007 it was planned to become an entertainment channel for kids and families.

The channel was first launched in 1995 by Claxson Interactive Group. In 2006, Turner Broadcasting System purchased Claxson's channels suit, which included regional networks such as Glitz, Infinito, I.Sat, Much Music, Retro and Space. In 2010, Dish Network stopped carrying HTV in the United States.
