UTV began broadcasting from a new broadcast centre at City Quays 2 in the Belfast Harbour Estate from 1 July 2018. ITV1 logo, used on-air since 2022 on UTV. Local continuity announcements ended in April 2020, effectively rebranding the channel as ITV in line with all other ITV plc regions. This change was made permanent in November 2020.
In March 2022, ITV announced the launch of ITVX, [4] an integrated advertising and subscription funded platform. The service serves as a replacement for ITV Hub, taking over as the broadcaster's catch-up service, and is positioned as a direct competitor to BBC iPlayer and the Channel 4 VOD service; featuring more exclusive programming, and a selection of FAST channels.

UTV Ireland was a general entertainment channel available in Ireland. The channel was launched on 1 January 2015 and broadcast programmes from ITV Studios Global Entertainment such as Emmerdale and Coronation Street , often simulcast with the main ITV network.
UTV Live was introduced in January 1993 as a new name for Ulster Television's existing news programmes; Six Tonight, the station's half-hour evening news magazine, [6] and Ulster Newstime for shorter bulletins. [7] Following the introduction of the ITV Evening News in March 1999, the programme was brought forward by half an hour to start at 17:30.
