Westfield UTC is an upscale, open-air shopping mall in the University City community of San Diego, California. It lies just east of La Jolla, near the University of California, San Diego. The mall is served by UTC Transit Center, which is the northern terminus of the Blue Line of the San Diego Trolley.

The first Holzwasser location, now known as the Colonel Fletcher Building, was built at the northeast corner of 6th and Broadway by "Colonel" Ed Fletcher around 1906–1908 [1] along with Frank Salmans, and designed by architect Edward Quayle of the Quayle Brothers (who would later do the 1935 renovation of the Walker Scott Building).
