Green Lake County Sherriff’s Office believes 44-year-old Ryan Borgwardt staged his disappearance and has likely fled to Europe.
According to a press release from the Green Lake County Sheriff's Office, Borgwardt was first reported missing missing on Aug. 12 and was last known to be on Green Lake in his kayak.
