ATN is the Sydney flagship television station of the Seven Network in Australia.The licence, issued to a company named Amalgamated Television Services, a subsidiary of John Fairfax & Sons, was one of the first four licences (two in Sydney, two in Melbourne) to be issued for commercial television stations in Australia.
Before Man Monis was involved in the infamous Sydney Siege he was initially investigated by David Richardson. In the inquiry into the Siege ABC reported, "Channel 7 reporter David Richardson said after he did a 2009 television story about Monis sending letters to the families of Australian soldiers, Monis complained to the Australian Communications and Media Authority who dismissed his complaint."
David Brown (born 12 July 1959, in Sydney, Australia) is former Australian retired meteorologist for Seven News. Brown was formerly the weather presenter on Seven News Sydney, as well as on the national Seven Morning News and Seven Afternoon News bulletins, on Sunrise and Seven News Melbourne. [1] [2]
