Boys Over Flowers (花より 男子 （ だんご ）, Hana yori Dango) [a] is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yoko Kamio. The story takes place in the fictional Eitoku Academy, an elite school for children from rich families.
English translations of all 37 volumes were released between 2003 and 2009 by Viz Media. [3] It has also been published by Glénat in France; [4] and by Planeta DeAgostini in Spain.
