Treasure Island Hotel and Casino (also known as Treasure Island Las Vegas and "TI") [1] is a pirate-themed hotel and casino located on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada, U.S. It includes 2,885 rooms and a 47,927 sq ft (4,452.6 m 2) casino. Phillip Gene Ruffin (born March 14, 1935) is an American businessman. He owns the Treasure Island Hotel and Casino and Circus Circus Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, in addition to a number of other enterprises including hotels, casinos, greyhound racing tracks, oil production, convenience stores, real estate, and the world's largest manufacturer of hand trucks.

The current Gilley's is located on the Las Vegas Strip on the Treasure Island property. The dining area includes table service and a bar, seating 124 people in total.
