Denbigh Town Hall (Welsh: Neuadd y Dref Denbigh), is a municipal building in Crown Lane, Denbigh, Denbighshire, Wales. The structure, which is the meeting place of Denbigh Town Council, is a Grade II* listed building. [1]

Conwy County Borough Council was granted a coat of arms by the College of Arms in 2001. [9] The new arms recall those of both Aberconwy and Colwyn Borough Councils. The main part of the shield depicts blue and silver waves for the river from which the county borough takes its name, and also recalls the gold and blue wavy field of Colwyn's arms.
