Axelle Étienne (born 26 March 1998 in Bondy) is a French cyclist who competes in the BMX. Axelle was born in Bondy and grew up in Vaujours, in the department of Seine-Saint-Denis. Her parents are from the island of Guadeloupe. Her brother Patrick also competes in BMX racing with both showing promise at a young age.

The 2024 UCI World Tour was a series of races that included thirty-five road cycling events throughout the 2024 cycling season. The tour started with the Tour Down Under on 16 January, and concluded with the Tour of Guangxi on 20 October.
The calendar was largely similar to 2023, with the dates of races moved to accommodate the 2024 Summer Olympics and 2024 Summer Paralympics.
