Surat Diamond Bourse (SDB) is a diamond trade centre located in DREAM City, Surat, Gujarat, India, designed by the architecture firm Morphogenesis.It is the world's largest diamond trading hub with a floor space of 660,000 square metres (7,100,000 sq ft), as well as the world's largest office building.

The World Trade Center, Chennai is a 28-storeyed commercial and residential centre in Chennai, India.Located at Perungudi, it was made operational in March 2020.The centre consists of 170,000 square metres (1,800,000 sq ft) of office space.
Built by Brigade Group who obtained the WTCA license for its construction, the building became the second World Trade Center in India after the one in Mumbai.
