Thomas Miller McClintock II (/ m ə k ˈ l ɪ n t ɒ k / mək-LIN-tok; born July 10, 1956) is an American politician serving as the U.S. representative for California's 5th congressional district since 2009 (known as the 4th congressional district until 2023).
It is represented by Republican Tom McClintock. [1] From 2013 to 2023, the district was located in the northern part of the San Francisco Bay Area, including Santa Rosa, Vallejo, and most of the Wine Country. The district was represented by Mike Thompson, a Democrat.
