Farm to Market Road 331 (FM 331) is located in Austin County. It runs from Oil Field Road near Raccoon Bend to SH 36 north of Sealy. There is a brief concurrency with FM 529 near Burleigh. FM 331 was designated on June 16, 1945, from SH 159 at Bellville to Burleigh. On October 31, 1958, the road was extended to SH 36 southeast of Peters.
