Posted August 27, 2008. LCS was a good game, it improved the dirty and eye-exploding GTA3 city with it's better graphics. But too bad they didn't add helicopters for use in LCS even though it was supposed to be an 'improved' GTA3. You should have had the ability to swim and recruit gang members.
