Chucky died a long time ago along with this mother, that's why Chaz is a nervous wreck all the time. Tommy was a stillborn, that's why Stu is constantly in the basement making toys for the son who never had a chance to live.
FanTheory. So the rugrats theory in case you're unfamiliar with it states that none of the rugrats were real. Angelica was a lonely neglected child who imagined them. Tommy was a stillborn. Chucky and his mother both died. Phil and lils mom had a miscarriage or abortion and that's why they were twins one boy one girl.

Proof of the Rugrats theory. People that are in denial of the Rugrats theory often try to say "What about Kimmi and Susie?". Easy. Chaz started dating Kira, but then they broke up. In the episode Angelica's mom, Charlotte, gets real excited and tells her husband, Drew, that she had a positive pregnancy test. Both parents seem happy about this. Angelica, predictably, isn't and goes into an emotional tail spin that includes a nightmare about the new baby shoving her in a closet and then eating her. Yikes.
I'm TIRED of that fan theory. Opinion. I'm sure many of you have heard the theory about "the Rugrats are all Dead, and they are a figment of Angelica's imagination". And I'm sure some of you may be disturbed by that theory! Ever since I first heard it, I hated it, and I never believed it from the start. It had even been debunked by the creators.
