Momoshiki Otsutsuki is one of the two antagonists of Boruto: Naruto the Movie and a member of the main family of the Ōtsutsuki clan. A pale, androgynous man, he is a member of the Ōtsutsuki clan who was the reason Kaguya created the White Zetsu Army for, who comes to Earth to plant a new Shinju as the one he used is dying from using up its world's resources.
However, Momoshiki takes over Boruto's body, forcing Kawaki to kill him in front of Naruto. Momoshiki revives Boruto at the cost of his own reincarnation. Eida and Daemon were revealed to have been reprogrammed by Amado, and turn against Code, forcing him to flee.
At Konoha, Naruto refuses Boruto's request to fight Isshiki by their side as he reasons that Momoshiki might take over again. Sai interrupts, reporting that the evacuation has commenced and takes them to the Foundation's underground headquarters, which is built using a substance that blocks the Byakugan's vision.

Boruto suddenly collapses in pain, giving Code the opening to knock out Kawaki and corner him. Just as Code was about to take Boruto, time seems to stop, and only the latter is aware. Momoshiki appears to Boruto and demands to switch with him to deal with Code. Momoshiki blasts Code away with a humongous Rasengan.
